If you have athletic ability and natural talent, then just playing your sport is going to improve your skill level. However; strength training, improving flexibility, developing quickness and agility will need to be done away from the field. When you are fit the possibilities are endless.

Glute Bridge - 12x
Lunge w/twist - 6 reps ea. leg
Lateral Slide Lunge / 6 reps ea. side
Push-ups / 6 reps
Run 200 meters at 80-90%
Rest :30 seconds / Repeat 5-7x
